Hi there :D This is going to be long… you’ve been warned. As stated in my description my name is Patricia I’m currently 24 years old and I live in Montevideo, capital city of Uruguay, a small country in South America . My first language is Spanish so, I apologise in advance for any mistakes that are surely going to make an appearance.
I’m studding to be a Public Translator and a Surgical Orderly. I know that they don’t seem to go along but one can be fascinated by very different things, right? To tell the truth I’d love to study a lot more things, and may be I will some day, but I’m quite good with these two for the time being :D
I’m absolutely addicted to this place and this is a personal blog, which means I’ll probably post/reblog (more often than not) about pretty much everything I really like. Unfortunately… or not (I’m not really sure which one it is) that’s a pretty big list, or at least, I think it is. Here, judge for yourself:
• Music: Julie Andrews, Sarah Brightman (who I’ve met in person <3), Carrie Underwood, Maroon 5, Katharine McPhee, Bryan Adams, Andrea Bocelli, Paula Abdul, Lara Fabian, Leonard Cohen, Celine Dion, Queen, Alter Bridge, Christina Aguilera, Lauren Alaina, Cher Lloyd. I love classical music such as Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Strauss, and I really like musicals, (though I tend to like the music on its own) and soundtracks! Plus I really really like A LOT of other singers/bands/musicians. I love music more than anything and my tastes are very ecletic (I have more than 300 cd’s on my shelves).
• Actors: Meryl Streep (I’m tempted to write her name a couple of times.. once doesn’t seem enough), Christopher Plummer, Michelle Pfeiffer, Pierce Brosnan, Paget Brewster, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Gary Oldman, Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Kate Winslet, Paul Newman, Maggie Smith, Rene Russo, Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, Colin Firth, Natalie Portman, Alan Rickman, Elizabeth Taylor, Thomas Gibson, Katharine Hepburn. And others… how do you reduce the number of actor/actresses you like to a simple list?!
• TV: Criminal Minds (HotchxPrentiss JJxEmily), The X files (Mulder&Scully), Friends (Mondler), Glee (specially Lea Michelle, Dianna Agron, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera and Brittana), American Idol (Saula), NCIS, Sailor Moon and I think that’s pretty much it in the tv shows department.
• Other random things like: Roses. Landscapes. Cities around the world. Ballet. Design. Photography. Piano. Violin. Orchestras. Writing. Isabel Allende J.K.Rowling.
I will not event bother listing my favourite movies because that’s just plain impossible. I can say, though, that my absolute favourite movie in the entire world is “The Sound Of Music”. It has been since I was 6 years old and I don’t see that really changing any time soon. Apart from all I’ve already mentioned I love taking pictures (of pretty much anything) and I know I’m likely to post some on rare ocations along with some occasional personal post who no one would be interested in :P
